POS for shawarma and burger shops: the order in seconds, straight to the kitchen

At a shawarma or burger shop the dinner queue never stops. HADAB takes the order in two taps with a queue number, sends the add-ons (no garlic, extra cheese) to the kitchen screen or printer, records app orders with their commission, and deducts the bread and meat of every sandwich from stock.

FAQ

Questions about Fast food, shawarma & burger POS

Can I sell a meal (sandwich + fries + drink) at one price?

Yes. Set the meal up as one item at its price, and its recipe deducts the ingredients from stock. There is no screen where the customer swaps the parts of a meal (one drink for another, say); there are add-ons and options on the item.

Does it work with Hungerstation, Jahez and Keeta?

There is a direct link with Hungerstation (you need the link details from them). Orders from the other apps are entered in the program, each app with its own commission and prices, and you see how much each app owes you.

Is the bread and meat deducted from stock with each sandwich?

Yes. You build a recipe for each item (how much bread, meat and sauce). Every sale deducts the ingredients, and at the end of the day you see the leftovers and the waste.

Which edition do I download?

The restaurants and cafés edition. It has add-ons, the kitchen display, queue numbers and delivery apps.

My staff do not read Arabic. Can they use it?

Yes. The program is in Arabic, English, Turkish and Urdu, and each user can work in their own language.

Is it compliant with ZATCA Phase 2 (Fatoora)?
