Pharmacy POS — ZATCA Phase 2 compliant

POS for pharmacies and cosmetics shops: never miss an expiry date

In a pharmacy the silent loss is the item that expires on the shelf. HADAB records the expiry date with every purchase invoice, warns you before it arrives, and lets you return the item to the supplier from the same list, with a document. To be clear: it is a program for over-the-counter sales, with no link to Wasfaty or insurance companies.

FAQ

Questions about Pharmacy & cosmetics shop POS

Is it linked to Wasfaty or medical insurance?

No. HADAB is a POS and stock program for over-the-counter sales. It has no link to Wasfaty, no insurance claims and no field for the scientific (generic) name. It suits a pharmacy's direct sales, cosmetics, baby products and personal care.

How do I track expiry dates?

You type the expiry date on the purchase invoice line. Purchases then has a "near expiry" list, and you get an alert for items with 7 days left or already expired. Note: a sale does not pick the nearest-expiry batch automatically.

Can I sell by the strip and by the box?

Yes. The item has packs (box, strip), each with its own price and barcode, and stock is deducted in proportion to the box.

How do I return an expired item to the supplier?

From the near-expiry list or from Purchases, make a purchase return and pick the reason (expired, near expiry, damaged). The stock leaves with a document.

Which edition do I download?

The shops and supermarkets edition. It has barcodes, packs and expiry dates.

Is it compliant with ZATCA Phase 2 (Fatoora)?

Yes. You link the device from inside the program with an OTP from the ZATCA portal. After that every invoice is signed and sent to ZATCA automatically, with an approved QR code.

How much does it cost?
