Terms of use

These terms govern your use of the HADAB POS program and the hadabpos.com website. By installing the program or subscribing, you agree to them.

1. One licence per device

• A subscription is a licence to use the program, not a sale of it. Each licence covers one device: a main device or a sub cashier linked to it on the shop network.
• If you change your computer, our team moves the licence to the new device with the same remaining period.
• You may not copy, sell, rent or reverse-engineer the program, or get around the licence system.

2. Free trial

A full 14-day trial with no card. After that you need a subscription to keep using the program; the trial becomes the subscription with no reinstall.

3. Prices and renewal

• The prices on the pricing page are in Saudi riyals and include VAT.
• The first year is the plan price; after that it is 575 SAR a year per device for support and system use.
• Add-ons (such as QR table ordering and the AI package) are paid separately and may stop if unpaid.
• If you do not renew on time, the program or some of its features may stop until you renew; your data stays on your computer.
• We may change prices in the future; a change does not affect a period you have already paid for.

4. Support

Support is on WhatsApp (+966 56 173 9500 and +966 50 062 6563) and by email at info@hadabpos.com, including remote help with installing and linking to Fatoora. Updates arrive automatically as part of the subscription.

5. Your responsibilities

• Backups: your data is on your computer and keeping it safe is your responsibility. Turn on the daily backup to your email, check that it arrives, and keep an extra copy.
• Tax settings: you are responsible for the correct VAT number, business details, tax rates and prices, for linking the device to Fatoora and following up that invoices are sent, and for your returns to ZATCA.
• Protecting the computer and your users' passwords and rights.
• Using the program for a lawful business and following the laws of Saudi Arabia.

6. Limitation of liability

We work to keep the program accurate and stable, but it is provided «as is». We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit, lost data or business interruption, caused by a hardware or network fault, an outage of third-party services (such as Fatoora), or wrong settings or use. In any case our liability is limited to what you paid us for the device concerned in the previous twelve months.

7. Privacy

We handle your data as described in our privacy policy.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will show the date of the last update at the top. Continuing to use the program after an update means you accept it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute not settled amicably goes to the competent courts in the Kingdom.
