This policy explains what personal data HADAB POS collects, why, how long we keep it, and your rights. It follows the spirit of the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL): we collect as little as we can, for a clear purpose, and we never sell your data.

1. What we collect

The sales chat on this website

When you type in «Ask HADAB», your questions are sent to our server so you get a reply. If you leave your name and mobile number (and your type of business, if you pick it), we keep them with the chat so our sales team can contact you. The chat text also stays in your browser for the current tab session only.

The licence register

When you subscribe or activate, we keep your name, mobile number, email and business name, and the devices the licence is activated on (device ID, program version, plan and expiry date). The program also sends our server technical information from time to time, such as the program version, running status and errors, to renew the licence, deliver updates and fix problems.

Website visits

The website records page views with its own small beacon (the page, the site you came from, and presses on download, WhatsApp or chat) so we know which pages help. We use no advertising pixels and no ad-network trackers.

2. Your business data stays on your computer

Your invoices, items, customers, staff and accounts are stored on the shop computer itself, not on our servers. Only what you choose to use goes to the cloud:

Branch link and branch remote control: messages between the manager device and the branch devices pass through our branch-link mailbox until they reach the other device.
Backup by email: a copy of your data is sent to the email address you choose.
The optional paid AI package: the questions and photos you send to the assistant are processed by the AI provider to produce the answer. The free assistant runs on your computer.
Invoices sent to ZATCA (the Fatoora platform), as the e-invoicing rules require.

3. Why we use your data

To answer your questions and contact you about the subscription you asked for.
To activate, renew and move your licence to a new device, and to send updates.
For support, fixing errors and improving the program and the website.
To send service messages, such as a new password or a renewal reminder.
To comply with the laws of Saudi Arabia.

4. How long we keep it

Sales chat and contact details: up to two years after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Licence register: for as long as you subscribe, then as long as the law requires (for example invoices and financial records).
Branch-link messages: until they reach the other device or expire.
Website visits: page statistics, not linked to your name or number.

5. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with the service providers we rely on to run the service (cloud hosting, email sending, and the AI provider if you subscribe to the AI package), only as far as needed, and with government bodies when the law requires it. When you press a WhatsApp or YouTube link, that service's own policy applies.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data we hold and get a copy, to correct it, and to ask us to delete it or stop marketing messages. Email info@hadabpos.com from your email or with your registered mobile number and we will reply as soon as we can. Deleting licence data may stop its renewal or support. The business data on your computer is under your direct control.

7. Security

We use encrypted connections and limit access within our team. Protecting the shop computer, user passwords and your backups is your responsibility; make sure the daily backup reaches your email.
