Save each customer's measurements once, take the order with a deposit and a due date, follow every piece from cutting to sewing to ironing with the name and pay of each tailor, let the fabric come off stock by the metre on its own, and print the tax invoice for the rest when the customer picks up.

Questions about Tailor shop software

Is HADAB Tailor a separate program?

It is the same HADAB program in an edition made for tailoring shops: the menu starts with tailoring orders, and the till is there to sell shemaghs, fabric and accessories, with stock, customers, reports and e-invoicing.

Are the customer's measurements kept for next time?

Yes. Every person has a measurement file for each type of garment. On the next order you pick the file and the sizes and design come back; you can change them if you have the permission.

Can I use my own measurement pictures and add sizes?

Yes. Every measurement has a picture showing where to measure. You can upload your shop's own pictures, add the sizes you use and change the garment types, prices and design choices.

How is a tailor's pay worked out?

You set a piece rate for each stage (cutting, sewing, ironing) of each garment and pick the tailor for each stage in the order. When the stage is done his pay is counted, and it shows in the tailors' pay report for the period.

When is the tax invoice printed?

When the customer picks up: a Phase 2 tax invoice for the full order, with the deposit he paid taken off and the rest paid then.

Can I book a fitting or hand over part of an order?

Yes. Set the fitting time in the order and the customer gets a WhatsApp message; fitting is a stage between cutting and sewing. When part of the order is ready you hand it over with its own invoice, the deposit comes off it, and the rest is picked up later. Watch the video tutorial (Arabic).

Is there a mobile app for my customers?

No. HADAB Tailor is a Windows program for the shop. Customers get WhatsApp messages about their order, but there is no customer app.

How much does HADAB Tailor cost?

The same as the other editions: the POS plan is 1,500 SAR for the first year, or the Accounting plan 3,000 SAR for the first year, then 575 SAR a year, VAT included, with a 14-day free trial.

My staff do not read Arabic. Can they use it?

Yes. The program is in Arabic, English, Turkish and Urdu, and each user can work in their own language.

Is it compliant with ZATCA Phase 2 (Fatoora)?

Yes. You link the device from inside the program with an OTP from the ZATCA portal. After that every invoice is signed and sent to ZATCA automatically, with an approved QR code.
