Is the help inside the program?

Yes. Next to each screen title there is a «? Help» button that opens the video of that screen, lets you ask the assistant about it, and opens the learning center.

Do the videos need internet?

Yes, the videos are on YouTube. The program itself works without internet.

Are the videos in my language?

The videos are silent with short captions on screen. The captions are in Arabic, and the player's CC button shows subtitles in English, Turkish and Urdu where available.
