All branch data on the manager device

(desktop program, after linking branches): each branch sends the manager device a full copy of its data: invoices with their lines, shifts, expenses, purchases, write-offs and leftovers, staff meals, kitchen voids and stock. It is kept on the manager device so it shows even when the branch computer is off, and every change at the branch arrives within a minute while it is online.

  • On the manager device: Settings → Branches → Link branches to the manager device → on the branch card the button «All branch data».
  • Pick the dates and switch between: Summary (sales, VAT, returns, payment methods, cashiers, best sellers, by day), Invoices (search by number, customer or phone; click the number for its items), Shifts, Expenses, Purchases, Write-offs, Staff meals, Kitchen voids and Stock (search, out of stock first). Excel export for each table.
  • The first copy takes a while depending on the branch data, with «… left» until it completes. Update the program on both the manager and the branch devices.
  • Needs the Reports right. Data travels encrypted and the cloud deletes each message once delivered. Unlinking a branch deletes its copy from the manager device.
