Dish deposit (restaurant only): in the payment window enter the deposit with the customer's name and mobile; it is refunded later from the deposits list. The deposit is added to the amount due whatever the payment method: with cash it is counted with the invoice; with card (mada/visa) or transfer it is charged on the same card (invoice + deposit); with split it comes out of the cash part first. With delivery the driver collects invoice + deposit at the door and hands both in together (the full amount shows in «Collect from customer»); a deposit refunded before he hands in comes off what he owes, not the drawer. Only with an on-account sale is it taken in cash at the counter. A card deposit is not in the drawer cash: the shift shows it as «Deposits on card»; refunds are paid in cash.
