A note with a price (cheese +1): in the item notes (Products → 📝) type the note with the amount next to it (cheese ← 1)

An extra with a price while selling (not in the item’s notes): at the till press «Note» on the item → «Add an extra with a price», type the name (extra cheese) and the price (3) → «Add»: it becomes «extra cheese +3», the item goes up by 3 SAR and it shows on the invoice and in the kitchen.
Different notes for part of a line (2 toasted with cheese, 1 plain): at the till tap the line → «Split one» moves one piece to its own line; give it its own notes.
