Invoice print format (A4 or 80 mm)

in Settings → Printing → Invoice template → Invoice print format, three options:

  • 80 mm for all (receipt roll) — the default.
  • A4 for company invoices only: the standard tax invoice (not simplified, the buyer has a VAT number) prints on A4; simplified invoices stay on 80 mm.
  • A4 for all.

There is no choice at payment time; the format is used for auto print after payment, reprints, refunds and the Invoices page preview. Press Save after changing it.

  • Chose A4 but it prints 80 mm? A4 invoices never go to the receipt printer: pick a normal (laser / inkjet) printer in Settings → Printing → A4 invoice printer, press Test print, then Save. Left on «Ask each time», the print window opens to pick the printer (desktop app).
  • An A4 invoice carries everything the receipt has: the COPY mark on a reprint, the coupon discount, the order number, the driver / delivery app / amount to collect, gift card and change, and «Walk-in customer» when there is no customer — in every business type (restaurant, supermarket, salon, factory).
