Reports → Cash flow, pick the period, then switch between:

  • Direct method: what actually came in and went out of cash and bank, by operating / investing / financing.
  • Indirect method (what auditors usually ask for): starts from net profit, adds depreciation, gains/losses on asset disposal and the change in stock, customers, suppliers and VAT → operating cash, then investing and financing → net change and closing balance.
  • The net change is the same both ways.
