Fitting, part delivery, work-card barcode, workload and sizes from Excel
(Tailoring orders):
- Fitting: a stage after «Cutting» (new → cutting → fitting → sewing → ironing → ready). Set the fitting appointment (day and time) on a new order or on the order itself; it shows on the receipt and work card. The «Fittings today» card lists today's, and WhatsApp sends the customer a reminder. Fitting notes go in the note box when you move the stage.
- Part delivery (a family's or a school's order): «Deliver & invoice» → tick the pieces handed over now → an invoice for those pieces only, taking from the deposit up to their value; the order stays open showing «3 of 8 handed over». Extras and the rest of the deposit (or its refund) go with the last part. After the first part the pieces can't be edited.
- Work-card barcode: the printed card carries the order number as a barcode. On the orders screen scan it with a reader into the search box (or the camera button 📷 next to it) → the order opens; press «Next stage».
- Workload (tab in Tailoring orders): pieces not handed over yet by due day for 3 weeks, late ones, and each tailor's pieces per day. Set «Shop capacity per day» and «Per-tailor capacity per day» in ⚙ — full days turn red, and a new order on a full day warns you and offers the first free day.
- Uniform / big orders: in a new order «Import from Excel» → pick the garment → «Download template» (name, qty, then the sizes as columns) → one row per person → «Pick the file»: a piece per person with their sizes (up to 300), each saved as a measurement file.
- Model picture: each piece has a «Picture» box (the customer's model photo), shown on the order and printed on the work card.
