Tailoring orders

(HADAB Tailor, both plans — first in the menu):

• Setup: the ⚙ button on the screen: garments (thobe, abaya, dress…) each with its price, metres per piece, sizes (length, shoulder, sleeve…), design choices (Sleeve: cuff, plain — one line each), the accessories taken from stock (buttons, threads) and the tailor's pay per stage; also cm / inch, days to deliver, receipt terms and a Google review link. Fabrics are normal items with the unit «metre» bought through Purchases; tailors are on the «Tailors» screen.
• New tailoring order: the customer (or a name and mobile), pieces (garment × qty, for whom, sizes and design filled from the file), fabric from the shop (priced per metre), included in the piece price or the customer's own, extra items, the due date, the tailor of each stage and an optional deposit → number TL-…; the customer receipt and the deposit voucher print, and the work card for the workshop (sizes, design, picture, no prices).
• Stages: new → cutting → sewing → ironing / finishing → ready → delivered. Moving to «Cutting» takes the fabric and accessories out of stock once.
• WhatsApp in one click: order confirmed, in progress, ready for pickup, and a thanks with the review link after delivery.
• Deliver & invoice (open shift): a tax invoice of all lines, the deposit taken off and the rest paid cash / card / bank. Cancel: refund the deposit or keep it.
• Measurement files: one per customer, person and garment. Anyone at the till adds a new file, but changing a saved file needs the right «Edit saved measurements» (admin always).
• «Tailor» role: sees only the orders, sizes, design and work card and moves the stage — no prices, payments or customer phone.
• Report: orders taken and delivered with their value, deposits, still owed, each tailor's pieces and pay, the garments ordered most, the best-selling fabrics and accessories used.
• Size pictures: every size has a picture (a small drawing of where it is measured) next to its box in the order, the file and the work card, so the tailor understands each size. In ⚙ → the garment: tap a picture to change it, order the sizes with the arrows, «Add size» or «Ready-made sizes» (armhole, under bust, thigh, knee…). You can upload the shop's own pictures (the tailor's drawing) under «The shop's own size pictures» and pick them for any size. In the order, «Extra size» adds a size not on the list (name + picture), and missing sizes give a warning before saving.
