in Purchases → New purchase there are three buttons at the top: «Photograph the bill», «Upload a photo or PDF» and «Scan bill QR». The system reads the QR or the words and fills the supplier (by VAT number), the bill number and the date, shows the bill total to compare with the lines, and keeps the picture attached to the purchase (paperclip). You add the items yourself.
On the phone: open Purchases on phone (/mp, in the menu): today's and the month's purchases, what is owed to suppliers, and buttons to photograph / upload / scan the bill. The bill is saved in full with its items (add an item or scan its barcode with the camera, with quantity and cost) and goes into stock, or as one total with its picture if you add no items.
