- New matter: «New matter» → the client (existing, or a name and mobile) → title, court, opponent → fee type (hourly / flat / share of what is collected). A conflict warning shows when the opponent or mobile is a client or opponent in another matter.
- Inside a matter: hearings and deadlines, time in minutes, costs paid for the client (booked automatically), billing (one ZATCA invoice from the unbilled time and costs), parties, documents.
- Client trust: a separate trust account per client in the books: deposit, refund, pay a cost, transfer fees to an invoice; nothing leaves beyond the client’s balance, with a reconciliation check on top.
- Legal library: upload laws, precedents and PDF/picture/Word/Excel files; they stay yours unless you share them with the firm. Ask the library and the answer comes with cited passages (article/page) or «not found», as a draft for the lawyer. Search is free; AI wording is optional.
- Case study (button inside a matter): a free summary of the file and its gaps + the relevant library passages; with the AI package, an analysis of facts, issues and next steps.
- Contract builder: ready templates (engagement, employment, lease, sale, NDA, services) and your own editable ones, print and Word, linked to the matter.
- Public laws: the admin «Update public laws» button fetches the published pack; it is shown to every lawyer and each passage carries its official source link. Scanned PDFs, or ones with a garbled text layer, are read by OCR automatically (slower; numbers and dates can be wrong, so check the original page).
